This Privacy Policy describes how Dead Unicorn Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the EZClaws platform and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • Payment information: Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • Bot tokens and API keys: If you provide a Telegram bot token or AI provider API key, these are stored in our database to configure your agent instances.
  • Agent configuration: Display names, model preferences, and deployment settings you choose.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: We track AI model usage (token counts, model identifiers) for billing and credit deduction purposes.
  • Infrastructure metadata: Service IDs, deployment statuses, instance names, and timestamps related to your agent instances.
  • Log data: Server logs may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and error information for operational and debugging purposes.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

Conversation content: We do not read, monitor, store, or have access to the content of conversations between you (or your users) and your AI agent. Conversations are processed directly between your agent instance and the AI model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI).

Telegram message content: Messages sent to and from your Telegram bot are handled by your agent instance and the Telegram API. We do not intercept or store these messages.

AI model providers: When your agent processes requests, prompts and messages are sent directly from your agent instance to the AI model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). These transmissions are subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. We do not control or have access to this data in transit.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Account data and billing information are stored in our Convex database, hosted in the United States.
  • Agent instances run on Railway infrastructure. Data stored on agent instances (conversations, files, agent memory) is ephemeral and may be permanently deleted upon redeployment or termination.
  • We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and hashed authentication secrets.
  • Bot tokens and user-provided API keys are stored in our database. Admin secrets are stored as SHA-256 hashes.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law.
